Microsoft Authenticator App and End-User Authentication Experiences * Led a team of 6 engineers on a multi-year authentication SDK project – Authenticator Lite - Shipped to private preview, public preview, and general availability amassing 6M registered users and 3M active users in the 3 months following launch, leading to $6M in annualized savings. - Defined user experience, server, and telemetry requirements for a cross-organizational project, coordinating with 6+ teams across Microsoft. - Released feature to all Outlook mobile users, with a projected business impact of $40M annually. * Released ‘search’ functionality to Microsoft Authenticator. * Presented to hundreds of security consultants at Entra Partner Airlift on Authenticator roadmap. * Performed data analysis on authentication completion rates, leading to A/B testing and task analysis on 20K+ users to inform UX changes in Authentication experience, leading to a 6% increase in authentication success rate. * Owned the OKRs for the Microsoft Security business unit, creating updates for leadership on a weekly cadence. * Performed on-call incident response.
