BioAdvance is a 22-year-old venture capital firm specializing in early-stage investments across biotech, digital health, diagnostics, and medical devices, with a portfolio of over 120 companies since inception. Joined the firm as a Partner and was appointed Managing Director & CEO in October 2021. In this role, responsible for overall leadership and strategic direction, as well as leading select investments. Currently serve on the Board of Directors for several portfolio companies, including BainBridge, Keriton, Halo Labs, Talex Medical, and Wellsheet.

Began as the 2014 James Wei Professor of Entrepreneurship and currently a Faculty and Head of the Entrepreneurship Program, teaching two high-level courses in Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital/Finance of Innovation. The courses which often receive Dean's recognition for Teaching Excellence, are also part of Minor Programs in Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Technology & Society. Lead the development of the Entrepreneurship Curriculum and the Entrepreneurship Program.
