    Project: SA University Engaged to leverage the capabilities and investment already made in the Microsoft 365 platform and further mature the digital collaboration capabilities of the University. Additionally, assisted the University in building a Digital Collaboration Strategy & Roadmap to enable improved business capabilities provided by the Microsoft 365 services portfolio, with the roadmap identifying and prioritising the execution of initiatives aligned to the University’s strategic objectives. Project: Energy Market Regulator Engaged to partner with the client’s IT service provider to define the way forward to support the transition to cloud and to mitigate risks associated with the current platforms and disruptions to BAU. The key outcomes of this engagement were to provide a clear, costed, strategic roadmap from current state technologies and platforms to a future state position, that is anticipated to be primarily on the cloud. Including the management model to support the cloud strategy and a fully articulated business case that supports the strategic roadmap. Project: Large NSW State Government Agency Conducted an independent review of the agency’s Containerisation Platforms (VMware Tanzu Application Service and Kubernetes hosted on AWS), specifically reviewing them from the technology, operations, and financial dimensions. The operational and financial dimensions considered the people and process operational costs, associated platform costs and the observed benefits and drawbacks of managing, supporting, and maintaining multiple Platform as a Service platforms. Project: Victorian Government IT Service Provider Engaged to understand the current state of the client’s digital workplace practices and review the alignment with the Victorian State Digital Workplace strategy. Review and assessment will be based on strategic alignment, functionality, adoption, service levels, pricing, and areas of concern & challenge.

  • Analyst | Cloud & Engineering Advisory

    2020 - 2021

    Project: Large Gaming Provider After a significant disaster event, the client sought to uplift its IT disaster recovery maturity and restore confidence in the business’ ability to rapidly recover and prevent major financial and reputational consequences. the client identified low maturity and awareness of their governance policies, standards, and processes, as well as misalignment to regulatory requirements as areas of focus. After a successful first engagement with the client, a change request was submitted to collate the next steps defined in each workstream and provide a roadmap for implementation of each DR initiative over the course of the next three years to elevate the client’s DR resilience. Project: NSW University Engaged to migrate all 139 on-premises workloads on to the cloud becoming the first in the Asia-Pacific region to migrate its digital data to the cloud creating a significant milestone to improve services and boost cybersecurity, enhance its technology responsiveness, and improve the digital experience for students and staff.
