I also have a keen passion for Human Centered Design Thinking and have worked on a variety of programs with our awesome team at Phuel; from developing capability in Design Thinking (IDEO tools) to taking a specific business challenge and utilising Design Thinking to ideate through to a prototype. Key to this role was the responsibility of developing, mentoring and managing the sales and administration team with the aim of ensuring they were achieving sales and operational targets and providing our clients with the highest level of ‎service.
