Engineering Leader in AI, Mobile, Open Source, Developer Productivity, and Developer Relations. I strive to make our internal developers more productive, our external users have the most reliable experience, and to bring the industry along for the ride. With nearly a decade at Uber, I've built and led many teams to deliver company & industry-wide impact, and spent time managing and doing IC work. I call the Developer Platform (Developer Productivity) organization my home. I'm the horizontal tech lead for many teams, including our AI dev productivity initiatives, from internal AI innovations to external AI evaluations and integrations, our mobile infrastructure teams that support all our mobile apps and 800 mobile developers across the company, our open-source program office, advising our tech branding teams on external engagement, representing Uber in external advisory boards and foundations, providing technical leadership for our developer productivity org of 300 people, and improving Uber engineering culture.
