Yota Devices is a private company dedicated to mobile communications devices. In 2012, Yota Devices created and developed the world fist dual screen smartphone where second display use e-paper technology. At the begining of 2012, we decided to move into the already-crowded smartphone space because we belive we came up with a powerful product idea of new type of smartphone that actually redefines the customer experience for the better. I have been leading the company and YotaPhone product development since the set up of Yota Devices and have been responsible for developing product and company vision, strategy and business plan, as well as the implementation of this strategy and delivering on the business plan targets. Also he has been driving the building and development of the team, company and product brand and international sales channel.

I managed to build a team which under my leadership achieved a substantial revenue and profit growth via transformation of SAP business in Russian and CIS markets. Namely: • Designed and launched several initiatives which helped to increase company’s 2010 SW revenue in Russia and CIS by 84% and total revenue by 53%, which made 2010 the best year ever and reach 56% market share. • Established company’s presence in new and strategically important banking and governmental sectors. • Improved partner program. Number of “active” partners increased by 15% which reenergized partner ecosystem and increased of partners’ sales. • Directed major sales activities. Secured top strategic deals, including a multi-million dollar contract, the largest in the history of global SAP. Drove performance of 7 sales directors and 60 sales executives.
