Promoted 7 times to become Global Head of Marketing in 2006, owning global P&L, franchise planning, IP acquisition and 9-figure annual marketing budgets (TV, digital/social, PR, trade). Played leadership role in Blizzard merger, crafting marketing integration plans and delivering 8-figures in cost synergies.
