    Joined Viber with the mission to build the ad monetization business from scratch. As a user focused company with hundreds of millions of users world wide, it was clear that the user experience and engagement are not to be overlooked, so the vision I set for Viber's advertising business was: "Generate revenue from ad placements, while minimizing negative impact on user experience" Within the first year of activity, Viber's new ad business grew from zero to over $2M of monthly profit. From a one man operation, I grew the advertising team to include multiple functions such as sales, adops, project and product managers as well as numerous development resources that are allocated to support the ad business progress.
