Green Bay Remodeling is a Bay Area-centered full-scope residential remodeling company that has reoriented the industry to being driven by clients’ happiness and cater-fitting projects to their needs. I opened the company’s first satellite office in Marin County and developed an additional 60 miles of service in the North Bay region, raising the company’s revenue by 30%. As General Manager, I’ve trained 30+ sales people in the field through one-on-one coaching, developing and leading seminars on effective communication, and fostering collaborative, goal-oriented team culture. I advanced the company’s marketing strategy by establishing and developing a Social Media department. This involved redesigning the company's branding and marketing approach, engineering strategies to meaningfully engage clients through social media platforms, and curating new material with talented designers.

During my time as Sales Manager, I helped raise the company’s revenue by 3,300% and achieved admission in the Inc 5000 as #119 in the top fastest growing companies of 2018 and 2019. I created and led seminars in educational marketing for the company, focusing on the art of selling and communicating effectively. Additionally, I established the company’s video marketing department and formalized strategies for creating and streaming content, including clients' testimonials, which increased organic lead generation by 30%. Doing this involved establishing relationships with videographers, counseling them on my vision, and capturing footage of projects from start to completion and clients’ testimonies.

As Project Manager, I developed a method for analyzing projects upfront to avoid change orders to clients to avoid unexpected costs during the project timeline. I increased company revenue by 50%, becoming the top grossing Sales and Project Manager with a 4 out of 5 closing ratio. I operated hundreds of residential construction projects through out the Bay Area from planning to building to completion. This process involved developing relationships with clients to best understand their needs and vision for their remodeling project, while also managing expectations and resolving conflict if they arose. I assembled and trained multiple teams of subcontractors to perform top quality remodeling work on all my projects, along with supply vendors and engineers.
